Experience Description
At the MLBK Restaurant, the sequence is served individually and begins with the traditional cheese fondue, accompanied by breads, broccoli, pepperoni sausage, potatoes roasted with olive oil and herbs, and guava wrapped in sugar. Then the meat fondue on the stone, La Pierrat, with the protagonists Filé Mignon Angus, Lamb Shank and Chicken Fillet, garnished with 11 varieties of homemade sauces, prepared at home and farofa. To conclude the series, the Chocolate and Dulce de Leite Fondues bring the flavors of seasonal fruits, marshmallows, brownies and churros.
